Meet Michele

Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Michele now calls the Central Coast of California her home.  Michele holds a PhD from Gonzaga University in Educational Leadership.  She has over 30 years of health care experience. Her flexible style, and proven partnership development and leadership skills have led her to this endeavor in life. She believes in optimal health and empowering individuals through the transformation of lifestyle behaviors. She assists individuals to reach for their potential in conquering their circumstances they may find challenging in their life journeys.


Michele is nationally certified as a Health Coach,  Behavior Change and Fitness Specialist.  She will be your Health Coach engaged in your positive life-coaching. Her goals for you include facing the future with fearlessness by defining and discovering your dreams. What have you always wanted to do but are holding back for some reason? Michele believes in the total well-being of an individual and that your authentic smile is a reflection and gateway to health, happiness, and wellness.
